Creating your art piece is an enjoyable and pleasant experience. And you can expect friendly, personalized service from us. When you call or write, we'll discuss your project in detail, and We'll help guide you through the photo selection process. We'll also confirm the total price in advance and answer any questions you may have, so there are no surprises later.
Step 3: Send us your photos
You can email us your photos or mail them to us and we will return them to you with your order. Emailed photos should be alt least 300 dpi and we prefer JPG or BMP formats. Select your photos for the project, and package them carefully. If they are old and very valuable, you might want to have them copied first and then send me the copy print. (the instant print kiosks in your local supermarket or camera store work great for that!). You can email your images to: frankandmike@gmail.com
If you plan to mail your photos, We suggest using a stiff photo mailer, or an 8x10 envelope with a corrugated board in it. Make sure you write "Photos, Do Not Bend" on the outside.

There's no need to send any payment with your photos. You will receive an invoice with your finished collage.
Please note that we cannot reproduce photos taken by professional photographers unless you have their permission or if the copyright on those images has expired. (old photos) In general, your own family snapshots are best!
That's all you need to do!
When your photos arrive, We'll confirm receipt and contact you with any questions we may have. Then We'll begin work on your collage or artwork and email or send you a proof within 2-3 days. . Once approved, your prints will be in the mail to you within 48 hours.
